2012 looks to be a year of promise.

We are beginning a new contract with one of our major shippers which will increase our loads from 20 per week to 33 per week. This will enable us to set up more dedicated lanes. We also have been approached to handle several more high volume lanes that would start in February.

CSA Bonus:
With the new Federal CSA safety program emphasis on our inspection numbers, we began a 2 cent per mile bonus for drivers and lease operators for each month they don't receive any points on their CSA score.

Personnel change:
Juli Pevehouse has moved into the position of driver manager.
Cassie Meers has joined our dispatch team as order entry clerk.

Equipment change:
We are currently operating 128 tractors and 197 refrigerated trailers. Our latest trailers have the side skirts for fuel economy.

DOT Audit:
We had a recent DOT audit and passed with flying colors. We will continue to focus on safety and compliance.
